North Okanagan Community Chaplaincy

It was about Sept 2013 that a dream began to form into something that would help the men and women of Vernon who were falling between the cracks. After some meetings, discussion and much prayer. Rev. Chuck Harper began NOCC in partnership with First Baptist Vernon. As the ministry began to grow, it became a ministry of FBC Vernon. 

Chuck became their Community Chaplain with the directive to reach out and help hurting people as the Lord was leading him.
